Weekly Sunday Group Sound Sessions

Sign up today and in-perience a journey within, using sound frequencies to welc-ohm you to your heart. A space to feel held, accepted and safe. A place to feel all of the feelings necessary to promote movement of energy. These sessions are 30 to join 1 session or 100 for 4 sessions and held at Mass Capoeira Culture Center.
